Kira found her way into homebuilding by shadowing our very own Jerrel Reynolds in Highlands at Mayfield Ranch every weekend for 4 months. Out of pure enjoyment and love for learning a new skill, she eventually caught the attention of management and was offered an interview. As they say, the rest is history.
