The Sitterle team understands what homebuyers want – a home that fits their individual style. With Sitterle’s Build on Your Lot Program, we create, together, a home that is uniquely yours.

The first step in achieving your dream home is a consultation with our Custom Construction expert. Let us know your wish list for your Build on Your Lot home and an estimated budget. If you don’t have a lot yet, we can even help you secure one. Once you find your dream lot, our experts will meet you there for an assessment. At this point, HOA, permitting, utilities, and services will be discussed as well as any construction concerns. After establishing goals and a budget, we will find a floor plan that works best for you. With a large set of options in our over 250 plan lineup, and the ability to modify them as needed, we have the perfect plan to fit your needs. Next, we’ll work with you to coordinate all filing and approvals prior to building commencement.

When your dream plan has been selected and a final price agreed, you’ll enter into a contract for your custom build! With an appointment at our design studio, you will select interior options and finishes. The Sitterle design studio has options to fit every style and budget. Construction then usually takes about 7 to 9 months from start to finish. Our Custom Construction builder will provide you with a timeline and updates as your custom home nears completion. You are welcome to visit and walk the site as frequent as desired. Upon completion of your new Sitterle custom home, you’ll receive enrollment documents for our warranty program and peace of mind knowing that you’re protected.

Choosing Sitterle’s Build on Your Lot program gives you the cost-saving benefits of working with a production builder with the full freedom to customize plans. We can build any of our floor plan lineups or you can come to us with your own. Regardless of the plan you choose, you can count on Sitterle Homes to deliver a high-quality building experience!

Kira Grenier – Builder Boost’s “Person of the Week”

Sitterle Homes is proud to announce that our very own Kira Grenier was Builder Boost’s “Person of the Week” for the week of Nov 11th.

Kira found her way into homebuilding by shadowing our very own Jerrel Reynolds in Highlands at Mayfield Ranch every weekend for 4 months. Out of pure enjoyment and love for learning a new skill, she eventually caught the attention of management and was offered an interview. As they say, the rest is history.

Kira works primarily in the community of Santa Rita Ranch, which is nestled between the quaint cities of Liberty Hill and Georgetown, TX. With many different floor plans to choose from in this neighborhood, Kira is quick to profess her love for the Berwyn and Inverness floor plans because there are so many different things that can be done with them to that truly make the home a one of a kind. We asked Kira what she enjoys most about her work: “What lights me up is closing on a home and hearing a homeowner say how pleased they are with the final product. I also love hearing that they had a great experience with us.”

Like all of our New Home Consultants, Kira is genuine, dependable, and highly-motivated. When asked what is the most important take away from working in the exclusive Santa Rita Ranch community, Kira said that, “people should know that this community has it all for every age.” Her dedication to providing excellent service to our customers makes us thrilled to have Kira be a part of our team.
