Starts Coordinator

General Description

  • Prepare and order: architectural plans; engineering plans; plot plans/lot fits (review and copy to appropriate parties) (SAT/HOU)
  • Order permits for all City of San Antonio & City of Boerne. Work with City on denial comments (SAT)
  • Assist with Construction Walk Books (SAT)
  • Work with ACC and Build SA Green for address specific approvals (SAT)
  • Create Lot Premium Worksheets for new subdivisions and update same (ALL)
  • Update job assignments in BRIX for PM’s & Super (SAT/HOU)
  • Maintain BuildPro for Construction to include adding new jobs, new schedules, new employees (SAT/HOU) • Update job assignments in BuildPro for Construction (SAT/HOU)
  • Assist Manager with maintaining Recorded Plats, Address Plats, DCCR’s
  • Assist Manager with Construction Admin and Land Development Admin duties as needed
  • Assist with Start Packets to Construction (SAT)
  • Assist with Construction Walk Books (SAT)
  • Assist with creating E/S stickers for Superintendents for each address for final inspection (SAT)
  • Assist with Construction Walk Books (SAT)
  • Assist with shower pan letters for Superintendent’s final inspection
  • Process invoicing for Lavender, Kipp/Flores, Lone Star, MLAW & Maverick (SAT/HOU)
  • Additional duties as assigned by Partner’s and other management

Work Experience and Attribute Requirements

Minimum 2 years work in a business environment. Prior experience with home building processes and builder systems helpful. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Self-starter with attention to detail yet able to multi-task. Ability to communicate clearly. Positive outlook and friendly attitude.

Education Requirements

High School graduate required. Additional education and professional development courses are also desirable.
