I feel very fortunate to have found Sitterle homes during my exhausting two-year housing search. My wife and I are so happy with our new home! Honesty and communication was something I wanted in a builder, especially since I was having the home built while living on the east coast. Nothing is more important to me than competence, excellent communication, honesty, and integrity in the construction of a new home. We had our house inspected prior to the final walk-through by our inspector, and he told us it was one of the best built homes he had ever inspected. I love that Sitterly Homes has different options for different buyers. The standard covered porches are so nice as many builders consider this as an upgrade. The floor plans are unique and very functional for this day in age.

During that horrible winter weather event, our house stayed between 60-64 degrees even when the weather was in the teens. Of course we had rolling blackouts and a day without electricity, but it was such a comfort to know that it was so well insulated!!!
