Step 1
Consultation
Let our Custom Construction expert know your goals for your new Build On Your Lot (BOYL) home and give us your estimated budget—you won’t be held to it.What kind of features are on your wish list?

Step 2
Site Evaluation
Our Custom Construction expert will meet you on your land for a lot assessment where we will bring any construction concerns to light. HOA, permitting, utilities, and services will be discussed for your lot.

Step 3
Floorplan Redlining
After establishing your desired features and budget, we will find a floorplan that works for you. We have a large set of options in our lineup, and can modify our base plans as needed. We have furnished models throughout the area, and can walk you through a finished product.

Step 4
Estimating
Our Custom Construction team will provide cost estimates for site-specific items such as HOA, permitting, driveways, flatwork, septic, propane, final grading, landscape, irrigation, and fencing. We will work with you to coordinate all filings and approvals for financing which must be in place prior to commencement.

Step 5
Contract
Once the plan has been chosen, all features have been established, and final price has been agreed upon we will enter into a contract for your custom build.

Step 6
Design Selection
Our design studio has excellent options to fit all styles and budgets for our Build On Your Lot (BOYL) program. Design studio appointments will be scheduled to review and select interior options and finishes.

Step 7
Construction
We will handle soil testing, foundation design, and all third party inspections. Our Custom Construction builder will provide you with a timeline and updates as your custom home progresses! Site visits and walks are as frequent as needed.

Step 8
Closing
Every custom construction closing varies depending on your financing. Your closing process will be disclosed to you at the estimating stage. Upon completion of your new custom Sitterle home, you will receive enrollment documents for our warranty program and peace of mind knowing that you are protected.
