From Austin, take HWY 71 E for 14.6 miles past ABIA.
Take the exit for TX 304 and make a U-Turn at the light.
Turn right onto FM 969.
Turn left onto Sam Houston Drive at the entrance of the community.
Continue on Sam Houston Drive for 3 miles through the community past Colony Oaks elementary school and the water tower.
Turn right onto Loysoya Street- look for the gated entrance and signage for Parklands.
Turn right on Kent Street.
Model is at the corner of Kent Street and Loysoya.
