The company also ranked #1 nationally in the “Sales Process” and “Project Superintendent” categories, as well as #2 nationally in “Total Homebuyer Satisfaction.” Sitterle Homes maintained its ranking as tops in “Total Homebuyer Satisfaction” in the South Central region.

SITTERLE HOMES WINS REGIONAL GRAND AWARD, OTHERS
November 2, 2009

(San Antonio, TX)—Sitterle Homes won the Texas Association of Builders’ (TAB) Grand Award for a mid-volume builder at this year’s regional Star Awards held Friday, October 30th.
The Star Awards recognize quality homebuilding within the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico and Arkansas markets. Grand Award entrants are judged on the overall quality of three separate developments or subdivisions and awarded according to their building volume, low, mid or high.  The mid-volume category included builders who build between 100 and 299 homes per year.

“We are very honored to have won this important award,” President Frank Sitterle, Jr. said. “We build some of the finest communities in Texas, and it is rewarding to be recognized for our efforts.”

Sitterle Homes won additional awards in the following categories: Best Product Design for a home priced over $500,000 for the Volterra home in Campanas at Cibolo Canyons and Best Interior Merchandising for a model priced over $500,000 for the Arezzo model home, also in Campanas.

SITTERLE HOMES OPENS FOR SALES IN THE RANCH AT BRUSHY CREEK

(Austin, TX)—Sitterle Homes has opened for sales in The Ranch at Brushy Creek in Cedar Park.

NEYSO TO RECEIVE IN-KIND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS

(San Antonio, TX)— Sitterle Homes has partnered with the North East Youth Soccer Organization (NEYSO) to aid in capital improvements at the organization’s fields on Bulverde Road, which will now be known as the Sitterle Homes Soccer Complex.

Sitterle Homes will provide the organization with an entry monument and landscaping this school year for its fields located at 29064 Bulverde Road in North Central San Antonio.  In return, NEYSO has granted the naming rights to the fields, exclusive advertising rights at the complex, sole builder sponsorship of the organization and the opportunity to renew the relationship each year through 2015.

“We are incredibly excited to partner with NEYSO and help them in their endeavors,” Partners Frank Sitterle, Jr. and Jeff Buell said.  “We look forward to assisting them in improving their facilities for the youth of San Antonio to enjoy.”

Sitterle Homes will also contribute toward NEYSO’s signage costs at the fields it utilizes in McAllister Park.
